First of all, the park is very close to my house so that I can go there more often. It takes only about 10 minutes on foot from my house. You know... If it isn't within walking distance from my house, I wouldn't be go there. It is very important feature for me.
Also, I think it's better for me to jog outdoors. That's because there are a lot of trees and a forest, so I can get some fresh air. You know.. these days the air pollution is getting more serious, so I think jogging in the park is the best way for em to get enough fresh air and stay healthy.

Q. Tell me about the first time you started swimming/biking. When was it? Why did you become interested in?
That's how: 그렇게 해서
whenever(every time) 주어+동사: '주어'가 '동사'할 때마다I don't know why I love biking.. I think I was born to ride a bicycle. I first became interested in riding a bicycle several years ago. One day, my parents took me to a park near my house. At that time, I had a chance to run a bicycle. At first, I was scared because you know it is really hard to balance our body when we ride a bike for the first time. So, I fell several times trying to balance. However, not long after I learned how to balance and move forward , I found myself so into it. These days if I have a free time on weekends, I usually ride a bicycle to a new place. I think biking is a great way to lose our weight because it uses all the muscles. Also, You know we can look around many places and get some freish air while biking. I mean.. it feels like all of my stress goes away.
Q. Please describe a memorable experience you had while excercising. Do you remember what happened? What made it so memorable? Tell me in as much detail as possible.
All of a sudden: 갑자기
put a huge emphasis on A: A를 크게 강조하다.
ex. My instructor always put a huge emphasis on the importane of warming up.I had a bad memory while exercising. It was not long after I started joggin to the park to prepare for the marathon.
Every time, I went to jog and I didn't think seriously about warm-up before working-out. So I used to jog without a warm-up.
One day, I started jogging withour a warm-up like other days and all of a sudden, I started feeling weird in my leg.. I found that I got a leg cramp. So, I couldn't move at all. I felt threatened. It was just so scary.
Thankfully, I took a short time to loose up my leg muscles. Since then, I've taken enough time to do a warm-up. I learned my lesson that warming up is really important.
Q. Describe your typical day at the gym.
It is an effective way to 동사: 그것은 '동사'하는 효과적인 방법이다
ex. It is an effective way to burn fat
take time to 동사: '동사'하기 위해 시간을 가지다
ex. After fininshing my work out, I also take some time to warm down
Otherwise 주어+동사: 그렇지 않으면 '주어'가 '동사'하다
ex. Otherwise I might get injured.I work out in a specific routine. Before I start working out, I stretch my body to warm up. I learned that we need to take enough time to warm up in order to maximize the effect of excercies. Otherwise I might get injured.
After that, I spend about 30minutes on a treadmill. For the first 15minutes, I walk slowly and for the last 15minutes I repeat walking and running. I heard that it's an effective way to burn fat.
Aftrer that, I do some weight training such as bench press. When I lift weights, I watch some video tutorials on YouTube because I need to do ti with proper form. I think there are tons of good sources to get soem practical tips on how to work out properly. So, I usually use it. Between workouts, I also drink water to hydrate my body. After finishing my workout routine, I also take some time to warm down.
